ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using multiple carriers.  We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $4.99 and expedited shipping at a rate of $9.99.  Any order of $50 or more comes with free shipping.

 

REFUNDS

Our sales come with a satisfaction guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied in any way with your product and notify us within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the order including shipping.  If you need to make a claim on our satisfaction guarantee, please email sales@blibrands.com with your order number.  We reserve the right to monitor satisfaction guarantee claims for abuse.  Any suspected abuse of the refund policy will result in a ban from ordering on blibrands.com.
